Has 'The World's End' director offered a sneak peak at his Marvel superhero movie?

Has director Edgar Wright tweeted a pic from the set of his Marvel superhero movie Ant-Man?

Yesterday (October 2), the Hot Fuzz and The World’s End director tweeted this pic:

It has sparked a wave of speculation that he has officially begun working on his superhero movie, which is scheduled for release on July 31, 2015. Ant-Man will arrive in American cinemas just two weeks after the Batman v Superman movie starring Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck, which has been slated for July 17, 2015. A UK date has yet to be announced.

Ant-Man‘s stars have yet to be revealed but casting announcements should take place shortly. As well as directing, Wright co-wrote the script with Joe Cornish, also his collaborator on the screenplay for The Adventures Of Tintin.

Ant-Man made his Marvel comic book debut in 1962 but has never appeared on screen before. In the books he is the superhero alter ego of Dr Hank Pym, a scientist who invents a shrinking serum that makes him insect size. Once miniature, he is able to solve mysteries and take out bad guys.
