Harrison Ford has spoken about the possibility of a Blade Runner sequel.
Speaking on an Ask Me Anything session on Reddit, the actor said he was keen to work with director Ridley Scott again on a follow-up film to the classic 1982 sci-fi thriller.
“I’m quite curious and excited about seeing a new script for Blade Runner if in fact the opportunity would exist to do another,” he said.
“If it’s a good script, I would be very anxious to work with Ridley Scott again. He’s a very talented and passionate filmmaker, and I think it would be very interesting to revisit the character.”
A sequel to Blade Runner has been rumoured for several years, and in June last year June it was reported that Green Lantern screenwriter Michael Green had been hired to work on the script following a first draft by the film’s original scribe Hampton Fancher.
