Wrestler's lawyers demand Gawker removes the steamy video from their website
Hulk Hogan has threatened to sue Gawker if the website doesn’t take down footage from his leaked sex tape.
The former WWE wrestler and actor has got his team of lawyers to draft a cease-to-desist letter to the website, demanding they remove their edited one-minute long clip of the 30-minute tape, reports TMZ.
Hogan’s lawyer David R. Houston told the US gossip site:
This tape was made secretly without Hulk’s knowledge or permission. We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law
Gawker say they were passed the tape for free by an anonymous source earlier this week, although TMZ report they have been told the steamy video footage had been shopped around since the beginning of this year.
It is unclear who the woman in the video is, but Gawker claims it may be Heather Clem – the ex-wife of Hogan’s best friend, the radio DJ Bubba The Love Sponge.
Hulk Hogan is most recognised for being a hugely successful, charismatic wrestler for WWE and WCW. The Hulkster made his movie debut in Rocky III and starred in many early 90’s movies including Thunder In Paradise and Mr.Nanny
