Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann talk about starring in the 'Knocked Up' spin-off
A trailer for This Is 40 featuring cast and crew members talking about the upcoming movie has appeared online – you can watch it below.
The featuertte sees writer/director Judd Apatow and some of his cast, including the film’s two leads Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann, discuss the movie – a sequel of sorts to 2007’s Knocked Up starring Seth Rogen and Katherine Heigl.
The plot of the film, which has been written and directed by Apatow, revolves around the couple coming to terms with being middle-aged, as Debbie celebrates her 40th birthday.
It is Apatow’s first time back in the director’s chair after 2009’s Funny People and his daughters, Iris and Maude, return as the lead characters’ children in the movie.
The film is set a few years after the events of Knocked Up, and it is still unclear whether Seth Rogen and Katherine Heigl’s characters will be making an appearance.
However, Megan Fox, Albert Brooks, John Lithgow and The IT Crowd’s Chris O’Dowd will be starring in the film, which opens in the US in December and the UK on February 14.
