A sound clip has surfaced which apparently features Lindsay Lohan swearing at her latest co-star – scroll down and click ‘play’ to listen.

The two-minute recording reportedly captures an on-set disagreement between Lohan and porn star/actor James Deen, who appears with the actress in a new movie called The Canyons. According to TMZ, who published the clip, the recording was made on the third day of filming.

During the clip, the actress said to be Lohan becomes increasingly frustrated with her co-star and the film’s director during a rehearsal. When the actor apparently forgets his lines, the actress seems to lose her patience, snapping: “Please James, say you’re lines as you’re walking over, because we are doing rehearsal with the lines, are we not? Do your fucking job!” The director responds to the situation by saying: “Alright, we are going to clear the set guys.”

The Canyons marks the screenwriting debut of Bret Easton Ellis (pictured), the controversial author of American Psycho and Less Than Zero. The film is billed as a “contemporary LA noir… about the dangers of sexual obsession and ambition, both personally and professionally, among a group of young people in their twenties”.

It was directed by Paul Schrader, best known as the screenwriter behind Raging Bull and Taxi Driver. Shooting took place in LA last summer (2012) on a shoestring budget of just $250,000 (£155,000).

Last week (January 10), the New York Times published an article which purports to expose Lohan’s difficult behaviour while shooting the movie – click here to read it. No release date has been announced yet, but The Canyons is expected to hit cinemas this year (2013).
