Fischerspooner announce first US tour in five years

Fischerspooner have announced that they will embark on their first North American tour in five years this spring.

The band, which combine art, dance and fashion into their live performances, are set to kick off the 'Between Worlds' tour on May 6 in Philadelphia. They'll play shows in cities including New York, Boston, Denver, San Diego, Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle and Chicago before concluding in Toronto on June 2.

According to a band statement, the shows will contain "hairy monsters, feathered chorus girls spitting blood, raucous new versions of their underground hits, and storms of glitter."
