Flying Lotus announces spring 2015 UK and Ireland tour

The electronic musician will play three shows in April

Flying Lotus will play three UK and Ireland shows next year as part of a wider European tour.

The tour comes in support of the electronic producer’s new album ‘You’re Dead!’, which was released earlier this month. Flying Lotus – real name Steven Ellison – will play London’s O2 Academy Brixton on April 17, 2015, followed by Manchester’s Albert Hall on April 18 and Dublin Vicar Street on April 19.

Flying Lotus recently released a video for ‘Never Catch Me’, which features a guest spot from rapper Kendrick Lamar and is on ‘You’re Dead!’. Snoop Dogg and Herbie Hancock, among others, also appear on the LP. Ellison recently revealed that Pharrell Williams was also due to appear on the album but turned down the opportunity because he “didn’t wanna write a song about death”.
