Sub Pop bash will also feature Fleet Foxes, Iron & Wine

Nirvana's label Sub Pop will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a Seattle music festival this summer.

Foals, Mudhoney, Fleet Foxes, Wolf Parade, Iron & Wine, Low and New Zealand comedy/musical duo Flight Of The Conchords are set to perform at the Seattle-based record label's birthday bash at King County's Marymoor Park on July 12 and 13.

Also on the bill are Beachwood Sparks, Green River, Pissed Jeans and Helio Sequence, with additional bands to be announced in the coming weeks.

The festival will also include a comedy show on July 11 at Seattle's Moore Theatre featuring Patton Oswalt, Eugene Mirman and Todd Barry.

Proceeds from the event will benefit charities of the artists' choice. Tickets go on sale April 26 at noon PST.

I thought Nirvana broke up years ago when the lead singer committed suicide. Never heard of any of these other bands.
