Foals, Belle & Sebastian and Big Boi have been confirmed for the inaugral City Arts Festival.

Taking place on October 20-23, the multi-venue event will feature thirty shows across fifteen venues in Seattle.

Other acts on the bill also include She And Him, Gogol Bordello, The Vaselines, Esben And The Witch and Dum Dum Girls.

Wristbands for the event go on sale this Saturday (August 7) with individual tickets available from August 28. For more information, visit City Arts Festival.
