Foals will headline Glastonbury's annual Pilton Party at Worthy Farm this Friday (September 5).

The event will also host performances from Ella Eyre and local group Fast Decline.

The Pilton Party is an annual event that is held as part of Pilton's flower show weekend. The 5,000-capacity gig takes place in what used to be the Circus Field of Glastonbury festival and has previously seen performances from the likes of Kasabian, Coldplay, Example and Dizzee Rascal.

Foals will be performing as a warm-up for their Bestival headline set on Saturday night (September 6).

Tickets for Pilton are priced at £25 and are available to purchase from bristolticketshop.co.uk.

Earlier this year, Foals frontman Yannis Philippakis revealed that the band had started work on the follow-up to 2013's 'Holy Fire', saying that they had returned to their "stinkbox studio" to write new songs.

'Holy Fire' was released in February 2013 and reached Number Two on the UK album charts. It was nominated for a Mercury Prize, while lead single 'Inhaler' won Best Track at the NME Awards 2013.
