Foo Fighters' rumoured acoustic tour of their recent double album 'In Your Honour' is starting to take shape.
The band plan to start rehearsing right after drummer Taylor Hawkins completes a two-week solo tour with his side project The Coattail Riders, reports Billboard.com.
"We're going to start rehearsing very soon," added Hawkins.
The four-piece have still to announce any dates for the tour which will include violinist Petra Haden (Beck), pianist Rami Jaffee (Wallflowers) and percussionist Drew Hester.
Haden and Jaffee guest on 'In Your Honor', while Hester has been busy producing material for The Coattail Riders.
Foo Fighters have announced two UK dates at London's Hyde Park and Lancashire County Cricket Club's Old Trafford ground on June 17 and 18.
Before that they will headline the Isle Of Wight Festival on June 10.
