Dave Grohl's band follow up release of new album

Foo Fighters have announced details of a UK arena tour for the winter.

Dave Grohl's band, who release new album 'Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace' on September 24, will follow up their recent V Festival headline slots with shows of their own in November.

The dates are as follows:

Manchester MEN Arena (November 3)
Newcastle Metro Arena (5)
Birmingham NEC (6)
Glasgow SECC (9)
Aberdeen AECC (10)
Sheffield Hallam Arena (12)
Cardiff International Arena (13)
London O2 Arena (17, 18)


Tickets go on sale on Friday (August 31) at 9am.

The new album is preceded by a single, 'The Pretender', which is out on September 10.
