Foo Fighters have announced the cancellation of two gigs in Colorado this week due to the illness of frontman Dave Grohl.
The band were set to play two sold-out shows at Morrison, Colorado's Red Rocks Amphitheatre tonight and tomorrow (July 14, 15), but have been forced to reschedule due to "doctor's orders".
"As much as it kills us to postpone shows, I'm in no shape to deliver the kind of balls-out performances that you guys deserve," Grohl said in a statement. "We're already looking forward to September when we can make it up to everyone ten times over. It's gonna be great."
The shows have been rescheduled for September 8 and 9. Refunds will be available at the original point of purchase until the new dates.
Foo Fighters' tour is scheduled to resume on July 17 in Oklahoma City.
