The Foo Fighters, Queens Of The Stone Age and Led Zeppelin men, who have been recording together in Los Angeles, have announced they will be called Them Crooked Vultures.

The trio have launched a website, Themcrookedvultures.com, and can be followed on Twitter at Twitter.com/crookedvultures.

According to Stereogum, the trio will play live at Chicago's Metro venue on Sunday (August 9).

Meanwhile NME.COM understands that UK appearances are being considered for the near future, while an album is also expected to follow too.
