Foo Fighters closed up Saturday night (June 11) on the Isle Of Wight Festival Main Stage with a high octane, hit-packed set tonight.

Frontman Dave Grohl was quick to mention being dragged onstage to dance by Iggy Pop during Iggy And The Stooges' set earlier in the day, and made an excuse for his dancing abilities: "All I knew how to do was the Ozzy Osbourne dance!"

Grohl also spoke about moving to Olympia, Washington and playing his first gig with Nirvana, pointing out that Seasick Steve was there at the show as well on today's Isle Of Wight Festival bill.

"So needless to say, Seasick Steve is a bad motherfucker," said Grohl, while gesturing to the self-styled hobo bluesman at the side of the stage. "I don't think I've seen him in 20 years." He then dedicated 'Best Of You' to him as "the played the best show of the night".

Grohl dedicated 'White Limo' to Joan Jett, who played the opening night of the festival with her band The Blackhearts.

The Foo Fighters frontman found time to crack a joke during the show too. "What was the last thing the drummer said before he got kicked out of the band?" he asked. “"You guys wanna hear my new song?" replied the band’s drummer Taylor Hawkins, by way of introduction to 'Cold Day In The Sun', which features Hawkins on lead vocals. The sticksman also took the spotlight during his drum solo in 'Monkey Wrench'.

Foo Fighters played:

'Bridge Burning'
'Rope'
'Pretender'
'My Hero'
'Learn To Fly'
'White Limo'
'Arlandria'
'Breakout'
'Cold Day In The Sun'
'Stacked Actors'
'Walk'
'Monkey Wrench'
'Times Like These'
'Young Man Blues'
'Best Of You'
'All My Life'
'Everlong'
