Foo Fighters brought T In The Park to an explosive finale tonight (July 10).

Fireworks roared across the skies of Balado as Dave Grohl's rockers continued their assault across the UK in typically crowd-pleasing style.

While the band fought off a downpour that persevered throughout their set, Grohl told the audience with a wink in his eye, "The sunshine follows us around! If you want sunshine at a festival, just come and see us!"

They then ploughed through a show that spanned their entire career, from debut single 'This Is A Call' through to current album 'Wasting Light'.

Powering toward the end, Grohl said: "I'd like to sing a nice, sleepy love ballad that you can all hold hands to." When the audience booed in protest at the suggestion, he roared, "You don't have to say that… check this shit out," before powering into 'All My Life'.

Grohl headed towards the climax, playing 'Times Like These' on his own for the song's first half, before the rest of the band joined the stage. Notably, Nate Mendel wore a kilt for the show's final act.

Declaring that he would not leave the stage for any encore since he did not want to waste time, Grohl powered through final versions of 'This Is A Call' and 'Everlong'.

'Rope'
'The Pretender'
'My Hero'
'Learn To Fly'
