Foxy Brown alleged victim of attack

Foxy Brown alleged victim of attack

Foxy Brown was reportedly the victim of a robbery in New York over the weekend, when four people attempted to steal her bag.

The gang tried to steal the diminutive rapper’s Louis Vuitton handbag, $500 cash and her credit cards in the early hours of Saturday morning in Brooklyn, according to reports.

Police say Roshawn Anthony, 23 has been arrested in connection with the attack and was held on $50,000 bail. Anthony is denying the charges.

But Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand is claiming that she was not robbed and it is a case of mistaken identity. “A lot of the time, people mistake me for someone else, or people always call in these false tips,” the rapper told the New York Post.

Police are sticking to their story that Marchand was at the location at that time, and the attack did happen.

Brown has been arrested several times in recent times, two of the charges were related to incidents in beauty salons in New York and Florida where the rapper reportedly attacked salon employees.
