Jailed Foxy Brown is NOT pregnant

And rapper will have album released while in prison

Foxy Brown is NOT pregnant, her manager Chaz Williams said yesterday.

Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was jailed last week for one year after breaking terms of her probation resulting from an assault on two manicurists at a ‘Bloomies’ nail salon in Chelsea, New York City in 2004.

Brown has been no stranger to the courts in recent times. Late last year she was once again arrested after allegedly assaulting a worker at a beauty shop in Florida, and last month she was apprehended by New Jersey police for driving offences.

She is also accused of assaulting a Brooklyn neighbour with a mobile phone last month.

In August, Brown’s lawyers told the court she was three months’ pregnant. “This is the official statement: She is not pregnant” her manager said, according to the Associated Press.

Meanwhile, Brown, who is currently serving her sentence in Rikers Island prison, New York has revealed her new album ‘Brooklyn’s Don Diva’ will come out November 20.

In a statement from prison, Brown said "This is just a temporary situation. I made my bed and have no problem lying in it. My will is steady. What doesn't kill me will only make me stronger."
