Franz Ferdinand’s forthcoming album has leaked on to the internet ahead of its October 3 release.
\'You Could Have It So Much Better… With Franz Ferdinand\' appeared on file sharing sites over the weekend (September 10).
Like previous releases this year including Coldplay and Paul McCartney, promotional copies of the album had been sent out under a pseudonym, in this case C Drive Back-Up, to try to protect the album.
The full tracklisting is now freely available, however with the leak happening relatively late, just three weeks before the album’s release it seems unlikely that it will affect the band’s plans.
Meanwhile as previously reported Franz Ferdinand play an exclusive club show at the London Scala tonight (September 12) which will be broadcast live on Radio 1 from 9pm.
