Franz Ferdinand prepare new single
The band record new version of 'Eleanor Put Your Boots On'
Franz Ferdinand have announced plans to release a new single this summer.
The Glaswegian four-piece have been busy in the studio recording a "pop" version of 'Eleanor Put Your Boots On' at a studio in Benton Harbour, Michigan.
The track will be the fourth and final single to be taken from their second album 'You Could Have It So Much Better'.
The band plan to release the track around the same time as their headlining performance at the Carling Weekend: Reading and Leeds festivals (August 25-27) but have yet to confirm any more details.
