Carling Weekend: Reading and Leeds Festivals sell out

All tickets for this year’s Carling Weekend: Reading and Leeds Festivals have now completely sold out.

Following the increase in the capacity of the Carling Weekend: Reading Festival announced on Friday (June 16), more tickets were made available.

Initally those on the event's waiting list were offered the extras, after which 2,000 tickets went on sale to the general public.

These then sold out in a matter after going on sale at 9am this morning (June 20).

The Carling Weekend: Reading and Leeds Festivals take place between August 25 and 27, featuring headliners Muse, Franz Ferdinand and Pearl Jam.

Other band confirmed to play include Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Chiefs, The Raconteurs, Maximo Park and Primal Scream.
