Franz Ferdinand to headline Latitude Festival

Franz Ferdinand have announced their only UK festival appearance of 2008.

The band – who are currently working on their third album in Glasgow – will headline this year's Latitude Festival, which takes between July 17 and 20 in Suffolk.

More of the bill and details about the festival will be announced tonight (March 19) at 7.30pm (GMT), so stay tuned to NME.COM for more.

Tickets for the festival are also set to go on sale tonight.
