Franz Ferdinand added to Bumbershoot line-up

They will join Modest Mouse, Katy Perry and more in Seattle

Franz Ferdinand have been added to the line-up for this year’s Bumbershoot Festival, taking place in Seattle over Labor Day Weekend (September 5-7).

Eugene Mirman, Os Mutantes, Keller Williams and Janelle Monae have also been added to the bill for the event, joining Modest Mouse, Katy Perry, De La Soul, Sheryl Crow and more.

Also on the bill are Isobel Campbell & Mark Lanegan, MSTRKRFT, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Matt And Kim, Holy F**k, Low vs Diamond, Iglu & Hartly, No Age and Gang Gang Dance.

The Ting Tings were originally on the bill, but cancelled due to scheduling conflicts.

The festival will be held at the 74-acre Seattle Center beneath the Space Needle at 20 indoor and outdoor venues.
