FRIDGE PLAY COOLEST CLUB IN LONDON

The somtime backing band for [a]Badly Drawn Boy[/a] follow the Beta Band's lead by playing the Elbow Rooms...

FRIDGE are the latest act confirmed to play the free club hosted by legendary dance producer ARTHUR BAKER.

The band appear at 'Arthur Baker's Sunday Jam' on November 12 at the London Islington Elbow Rooms. Fridge, who alongside Doves and Alfie have served a period as backing band for Badly Drawn Boy, are currently working on their third album. The show will be the first time the band have appeared live in the UK since the NME Carling Premier Shows in January of this year.

The regular night has so far seen a performance from The Beta Band, and this Sunday will feature the hotly-tipped Cosmic Rough Riders, who are signed to Alan McGee's Poptones label. The venue, which doubles up as a pool-hall, is part-owned by Baker.
