Fucked Up for special Brooklyn show and singles compilation
Fucked Up have announced that they will be playing 2008’s album 'The Chemistry of Common Life' in full at a special gig in Brooklyn.

Playing the Brooklyn Masonic Temple on November 5, the band have enlisted the help of some guest instrumentalists to help them recreate the album live.

According to Matador Records blog those guests will include Andrew WK on keyboards, The Vivian Girls on backing vocals, as well as Titus Andronicus and Katie Stelmanis.

Tickets for the show go on sale today (September 11).

As well as the show Matador Records have also announced news of a Fucked Up singles compilation, which is slated for an early 2010 release.

Called 'Couple Tracks: Singles 2001 – 2009', the collection will be released as both a double LP and double CD.
