Fun Lovin' Criminals have announced a major UK and Irish tour and will release their 'loungecore' album 'Mimosa' on November 15 through Chrysalis.

The new album, which takes its name from a champagne cocktail containing fruit juice and peach schnapps, is made up of B-sides and rarities and includes cover versions of the Frank Sinatra standard 'Summer Wind', recorded with Ian McCulloch, and 10cc's 'I'm Not In Love'.

'Mimosa' will also feature two or three as-yet-untitled new songs which have been recorded by the band in New York.

Last week, the band were locked in negotiations with property developers over the building of their planned restaurant, DiFontaine's, in Covent Garden. It is thought the restaurant will open sometime next year and marks FLC's second foray into the world of business - they already run a garbage collection service in their home town of New York.

FLC frontman Huey also took the time out to pose for Madame Tussaud's Waxworks. It is thought the Huey waxwork will appear in London's Rock Circus and, possibly, in the new Rock Circus in New York.
