Devonrox Festival cancelled due to poor ticket sales
Devonrox Festival has been called off due to poor ticket sales.

The event had been due to take place over August 6 and 7 at Powderham Castle in Devon, but has now been cancelled and will not be rescheduled.

Organisers have posted a statement about the cancellation on the festival's official website Devonrox.com about the cancellation. It reads: "Sadly following an in depth review of ticket sales to date, the investors behind the festival have decided it is no longer financially viable to continue.??"

"Please accept our apologies to those who have already bought tickets, we will be advertising the refund details on here and the Devonrox Festival website later today, for all those who have purchased tickets to secure full refunds."

Funeral For A Friend, Heaven's Basement, Jettblack, The Treatment and Deborah Bonham, sister of deceased Led Zeppelin drummer John, had all been due to play the event.
