GABRIELLE MAKES FANS' DREAMS COME TRUE

The pop diva prepares for her forthcoming UK tour with an intimate performance before 150 lucky fans...

GABRIELLE MAKES FANS' DREAMS COME TRUE
Gabrielle played a secret acoustic show in a MANCHESTER pub last night (Monday 15 May).

She played to 150 fans, who won tickets through competitions, at the intimate Band On The Wall pub.

The singer played an hour-long, 11-song set that included her two number one singles, 'Dreams' and 'Rise', and hits 'Give Me A Little More Time' and 'Sunshine'.

In addition to tracks from her number one album 'Rise', Gabrielle covered Carole King's 'It's Too Late', joking with the audience that "you should know it, although some of you might be too young to remember!"

The vocalist was rumoured to be playing this show to calm her nerves before embarking on a comprehensive tour which will run for the rest of the year. However, one eyewitness told nme.com that she didn't seem nervous, and played to the crowd throughout. He said: "I wasn't expecting her to play for as long as she did, she seemed to really enjoy herself. I think it was good that she did something for her fans before going out on a big tour."
