Gallows have teamed up with Lethal Bizzle for a new track titled ’Staring At The Rudeboys’.
The collaboration took place after the two met at Texas’s South By Southwest festival in Austin in March.
Speaking in this week’s NME, Lethal Bizzle said that he went along to watch the emopunkers show at Emo’s.
He admitted: “It was like nothing I’ve ever seen in my life. I had my last show later that night and (Gallows) inspired me. They performed the whole show in the middle of the dancefloor.”
Gallows guitarist Laurent Barnard recalled: “We saw Bizzle in the crowd during the show getting really into it. He absolutely loved it.”
The new collaborators recorded the new song after they got back to the UK.
Barnard said: “Frank (Carter)’s not doing any kind of rapping or Mcing. Then Lethal comes in and laid down his stuff - it sounded so good. I’ve never heard this kind of Mcing on a proper punk track.”
The two hope to perform the song live later this year.
Bizzle said: "Bringing us both together onstage is going to be pandemonium - it's gonna be crazy man!"
