Gary Glitter evicted from Mayfair home

Neighbours object to sex offender's presence

Gary Glitter has been thrown out of his latest home.

The disgraced former rocker was evicted from his £2,000-a-week flat in London's Mayfair after neighbours objected to living next door to a convicted paedophile.

Glitter is now left with no obvious place to go.

The Sun quotes a source as saying: "It turned out certain neighbours objected to him being there. I mean, would you pay over a million quid for a flat to find out Gary Glitter has moved in next door? Talk about driving down your property price."

The fallen idol was taken to a nearby police station to discuss his possible next move.

"Fallen idol"?? Hardly. He was ALWAYS shit, never an idol. How the hell has he got so much money left? He should be forced to give it to the families of the children he abused.

Well said! He should be 'evicted' from existence, permanently! I wish the media wouldn't publish every little story about him, don't they realise by now he thrives on the publicity, he loves it, the sick freak.
