Man who died at Gatecrasher identified

Cause of death still not revealed yet

The identity of the man found dead at Northampton's Gatecrasher festival has been revealed.

The Northampton Evening Telegraph reports that Bryn Llewelyn, 41, was found dead in a marquee at the Gatecrasher Summer Sound Festival near Brackley in the early hours of Sunday morning (May 25).

The cause of death has still not been determined by police. Llewelyn was a father of two teenage children from nearby Nether Heyford.

Llewelyn's sister, Zena York, told the paper: "The past few days have been horrendous. It has been an absolute nightmare and the worst bit is the waiting. We are still waiting for the post-mortem to happen and, until then, we can't really start to sort anything out, which makes things even more difficult."
