Genesis confirm live return

Genesis are to tour for the first time in 15 years.

The band - which features Tony Banks, Phil Collins and Mike Rutherford, but not original singer Peter Gabriel or guitarist Steve Hackett - revealed the news at a press conference in London today (November 7). The European dates will be in support in support of a series of album-reissues.

The 'Turn It On Again' tour will kick off on June 11 in Helsinki, and includes two British dates, on July 7 and 8 in London and Manchester respectively.

EMI are to reissue all 14 Genesis studio albums in three stages during 2007, starting with ‘A Trick Of The Tail’ (1976), ‘Wind & Wuthering’ (1977), ’ ...And Then There Were Three...’ (1978), ‘Duke’ (1980) and ‘Abacab’ (1981) in March.
