George Michael has been ordered to appear in court the day before he plays a sell-out gig at London's Wembley Stadium.

As previously reported Michael was arrested last October and faces charges for driving under the influence of drugs.

A district judge in north west London ruled on Tuesday (April 24) that Michael’s trial would start on May 8, followed by hearings on May 30, 31 and June 8.

The singer is due to play the first concert at the new the Wembley Stadium on June 9, reports BBC News.
