Prague gig called off

George Michael was forced to call off a gig last night (June 2) in Prague after an accident.

One of the trucks carrying concert equipment for the singer crashed.

Concert promoter Petr Novak said the truck, which crashed while traveling through Romania, was carrying special sections of the stage.

He said: "Unfortunately a large part of the special podium remained trapped in the truck and it was not possible to replace it."

He added that he had no further details of the accident or when the concert would be rescheduled.

Michael was not involved in the accident, reports Yahoo.
