Girls Aloud for Liverpool festival
All-girl group join host of acts for summer bash
Girls Aloud have confirmed plans to kick off this year's Summer Pops festival season in Merseyside.
The girl group will appear at the 4,000-seater big top on July 3.
“This is going to feel like a home town show for me,” said Nicola Roberts. “I know all about the Pops, being a local girl, and it should be a really great night for us!!”
Girls Aloud join the likes of Amy Winehouse, James Morrison, Deacon Blue, McFly, OMD and Steely Dan for the month-long bash.
