Glam Chops – the 10-piece band featuring Art Brut's Eddie Argos on vocals – are set to release a Christmas single this winter.

The collective will release 'Countdown To Christmas'/'Baby Jesus Was The First Glam Rocker', a double A-side single, on November 24.

According to the band, writing on the band's MySpace.com/paranoiddogbark page, the songs feature a "children's choir, sleigh bells and bagpipes for maximum Christmasity".

God bless you Eddie Argos!! Just when every single other article you read is full of doom, gloom, moaning and whining you get to one that shows people in the music business are still capable of having a sense of humour. It just makes you question if all the hatred and negativity is all worth it. Come on people, it's not all that bad.
