Glassjaw, Andrew WK and Meshuggah are among the new confirmations for this year's Hevy Festival.

The Kent festival, which takes place on August 3-6, will be headlined by the 'Party Hard' rocker and the Descendents, with Glassjaw and Converge topping the bill on the event's second stage.

Also newly confirmed for the event are Madball, Norma Jean, Hawk Eyes and over 10 others act. They join a line-up that already includes This Is Hell, Will Haven, Deaf Havana, Rolo Tomassi, Sharks and Shai Halud.
