Glastonbury planning Rock Against Racism line-up

Special celebration planned for Saturday night of festival

Glastonbury’s Left Field Stage have announced they will celebrate 30 years of Rock Against Racism with a special Saturday (June 28) line-up at the festival.

The trade union organised Left Field organisers are aiming to bring together supporters from back in the day, as well as new bands who are also behind the cause.

Rock Against Racism will also put on an event at Brixton Academy in London to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the original Victoria Park carnival in the city in 1978.

The gig, taking place on April 30, will feature Alabama 3 and , with more acts to be announced soon.
