Glastonbury 'New Talent' finalists confirmed
Competition reaches climax with heats in Pilton
The final 12 bands in this year's Glastonbury 'New Talent' competition have been announced (March 18).
The winner, who will play on the Pyramid or Other Stage at this year's festival in June, will be revealed after a weekend of heats held at Pilton, Somerset between March 29-30.
Emily Eavis, Michael Eavis and Huw Stephens are among the judges.
Previous winners include The Subways, Scouting for Girls and Liz Green.
The 2008 finalists are:
Myth of Unity
28 Costumes
Young Runaways
Charlene Sorai
The Golden Silvers
Boys In A Band
Mankala
Revere
Rod Thomas
Swimming
The Franks
Andy Hickie & the Merry Maidens
