Glastonbury weather forecast: 11 days to go

There are 11 days to go until Glastonbury festival 2009 kicks off (on June 26) – and the weather reports have started to trickle in.

According to weather prediction service Metcheck.com a largely dry weekend of musical action is expected on Worthy Farm, with sunny, albeit cloudy conditions expected.

No rain is expected on the Friday (June 26) of the bash, with sunny yet cloudy condition expected. Temperatures should peak at 19 degrees Celcius.

The Saturday (June 27) of the bash may see a small amount of rain, with a maximum of 0.8 millimetres predicted to fall with a top temperature of 18 degrees Celcius.

The final day of the festival (Sunday June 28) should be rain free. A top temperature of 16 degrees Celcius is predicted, as are slightly cloudy conditions.

Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen and Blur will headline the sold-out festival.
