Hotly-tipped band to head to Los Angeles soon

Hotly-tipped Glaswegian band Glasvegas are set to head to Los Angeles to record with Lisa Marie Presley.

The band are set to record a song with the daughter of Elvis Presley, after she met up with the band in Edinburgh in December, reports BBC 6 Music.

Presley was a fan of the band’s single, ‘Daddy’s Gone’, so got in touch and is now set to help them out in the studio.

However, a spokesperson for the band said that the trip would be unlikely to occur, although the band had discussed hooking up with Presley in the USA.

The band, meanwhile are set to head out on their biggest tour yet.
