Glasvegas, Hot Chip to play Tennent's Mutual gigs

Teenage Fanclub, Laura Marling and Los Campesinos! also lined up

Glasvegas, Hot Chip, Teenage Fanclub, Laura Marling and Los Campesinos! are set to play gigs as part of the Tennent's Mutual season of shows later this year.

With the line up voted for by Scottish music fans, the gigs will take place across Scotland in October and November.

Malcolm Middleton, Frightened Rabbit, King Creosote and Sons & Daughters also feature in the line up, which will also showcase unsigned bands.

LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy will DJ at two launch party gigs in Glasgow and Edinburgh later this month.

The Tennent's Mutual gigs will visit:

Edinburgh Caves - James Murphy, Frightened Rabbit, Isosceles, DJ Harri (21)
Glasgow School Of Art - Los Campesinos!, No Age, Times New Viking (October 18)
Dundee Fat Sam's - Malcolm Middleton, Los Campesinos, Eagleowl (23)
Edinburgh venue TBA - Los Campesinos, Copy Haho: Cabaret Voltaire (24)
Dundee Fat Sam's - Teenage Fanclub, We Were Promised Jetpacks, Zoey Van Goey (27)
Stirling Tolbooth - Malcolm Middleton, Withered Hand (28)
Aberdeen Tunnels - Malcolm Middleton, Laura Marling, Chris 'Beans' Geddes (Belle & Sebastian) (30)
Dumfries Venue - Glasvegas, (30)

Tickets for the shows can be bought from from Tennentsmutual.com from 3pm (BST) on Friday (September 12).
