Primal Scream frontman Bobby Gillespie has approached Glasvegas' James Allan to record a cover of a song by Suicide.
Gillespie heard that fellow Glaswegian Allan is a big fan of the legendary 1970s band, and asked him whether he'd be interested in recording the cover, which may appear on a commemorative EP series marking Suicide frontman Alan Vega's 70th birthday.
"I'm not sure but I might be doing a cover of Suicide for Bobby Gillespie because he's been doing one as well," Allan told NME.COM.
"I don't know yet if it'll happen but I hope it does because I really respect the band," he said.
Meanwhile, Glasvegas just finished playing a handful of US dates, including their first-ever LA show, and are currently touring in Japan.
