Gnarls Barkley is still number one
Plus there's good news for The Streets on the album chart
Gnarls Barkley have scored a third week at number one with ‘Crazy’.
On the eve of the release of their album ‘St Elsewhere’, the duo show no sign of letting go their go of the strangehold on the chart of their history-making debut single.
And ‘Crazy’ has easily beaten off the threat from X-Factor winner Shayne Ward’s second single ‘No Promises’; though his debut ‘That’s My Goal’ has re-entered the chart at 35.
Elsewhere on the chart, Hard-Fi score another hit with ‘Better Do Better’ new at 14, Fall Out Boy manage number 26 with ‘Dance Dance’ and Gorillaz one place below with their AAside ‘Kids With Guns’ / ‘El Manana’.
Meanwhile on the album chart, The Streets are new at number one with ‘The Hardest Way To Make An Easy Living’.
The top ten UK singles are:
