Gomez announce one-off 'Bring It On' show
Band to play whole of their Mercury-winning album
Gomez have announced a special one-off show, in which they will perform the whole of their debut album in its entirety.
The group will perform 'Bring It On' at Manchester Academy on September 4.
'Bring It On', released over ten years ago in April 1998, was a surprise winner of the Mercury Music Prize that year, beating The Verve's 'Urban Hymns', Pulp's 'This Is Hardcore' and Massive Attack's 'Mezzanine' to the award.
