Joel Madden is facing police questioning
Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden is facing police questioning after a run in with a photographer on Saturday (March 10) outside Los Angeles restaurant Mr Chow.
According to Beverly Hills Police Department's Lieutenant Mitch McCann a photographer filed a report on March 12 in which she claimed that Madden struck her on the left breast with his hand while he was escorting girlfriend Nicole Richie from the back door of the restaurant to his car.
Footage of the incident which has surfaced on gossip site TMZ.com shows Madden repeating saying “Get out the way” as he brushed past the alleged victim.
McCann said an investigation into the incident is ongoing and he did not know if the Good Charlotte member had been questioned or not.
A spokesperson for the band did not comment, reports MTV News.
