'Cee-Lo Green And His Perfect Imperfections' contains a stellar supporting cast...
LAURYN HILL, BUSTA RHYMES and MOS DEF are all reported to appear on the forthcoming solo album from GOODIE MOB rapper CEE-LO.
The album, titled 'Cee-Lo Green and his Perfect Imperfections' is due for release in the US on October 9.
Speaking to www.sonicnet.com, the rapper described the record as "autobiographical".
He commented: "The majority of my album is singing. You can expect the complete me - what I've stabbed at during my career. It's an emotional joyride."
Lauryn Hill appears on a song called 'Lady Bird Blues'. Speaking about the track, he revealed: "I consider myself a free bird - no titles, no limitations. It's about finding a woman...not wanting to be restricted obligated to a relationship. But remember, she's just like me, so she's wanting her space."
However, the rapper played down the other guest appearances on the album, saying: "I produced, wrote and arranged all that shit myself. It's just that personal."
