Grace Jones documentary on the way
The singer/actress has been filmed for the past few years
A documentary tracing the life of Grace Jones over the past "four or five" years is set to be released, the singer/actress has revealed.
The star, who released her latest album 'Hurricane' on November 3, told BBC 6music that British filmmaker Sophie Fiennes was behind the project, but admitted that a mammoth editing job was ahead of her before the film could be released.
"Sophie Fiennes has been following me around for the last four or five years," Jones said. "It's going to be at least nine months of editing, that's how much material we've got.
"It's a lot of performance, it's me in Jamaica, we had a family reunion and it's the making of the new record."
A release date for the documentary has yet to be revealed.
