Billie Joe Armstrong and co move into fashion

Green Day are lending their artistic hand to fashion design, and the proceeds will all go to help Amnesty International’s latest campaign to save Darfur in Sudan.

Available on July 12, the Green Day Signature Series T-shirt will benefit Instant Karma: The Amnesty International Campaign to save Darfur and will be sold exclusively at Hard Rock locations around the world.

The band unveiled their own signature t-shirts on May 24, following in the footsteps of many artists before them including Eric Clapton and Bruce Springsteen.

In addition to the clothes, as previously reported the band have also contributed a John Lennon cover to charity album 'Make Some Noise: The Amnesty International Campaign To Save Darfur'.
