A new single from a band that is reportedly Green Day's side project has appeared online.

'The Pedestrian' by Foxboro Hot Tubs is currently available for download from Foxborohottubs.com. A snippet of the song is also streaming from their MySpace page.

The single appears on the project's album, 'Stop Drop And Roll', which is currently available as a download.

The music has a 1960s flavour and the album cover features several women showing off 1960s-style dance moves. The back cover of the album contains the following tracklisting:

'Stop Drop And Roll'
'Mother Mary'
'Ruby Room'
'Red Tide'
'Highway 1'
'She's A Saint Not A Celebrity'
'Sally'
'Alligator'
'The Pedestrian'
'27th Ave. Shuffle'
'Dark Side Of Night'
'Pieces Of Truth'

The project is not the first time Green Day have performed under alias, having also released songs as a masked rock band called The Network.
